What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered. See our full returns policy here.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
Unfortunately we cannot amend or cancel orders once they have been made.
However you can return your order to us for a refund within 30 days of delivery as per our returns policy.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
It should take no longer than 15 days for the payment to be processed back to you once we have received and approved your return.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100 within the United Kingdom.
We charge £3.99 delivery on all orders under £100 within the United Kingdom.
We offer express delivery for £6.99 (DPD next day) within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is £25. Please note that for international deliveries, you as the customer are responsible for all import and customs fees to the relevant country.
